Hello........Welcome to my trading site :-) Here you will find a list of live recordings, demos and other rarities that I have collected over the years. I will happily trade recordings on a like-for-like basis & almost everything listed is available for trade. A few items marked as 'No Trade' are done so at the Tapers request & are listed purely for my reference.
If you require any further information about the recordings such as tracklistings, quality, lineage etc. feel free to ask.
I do not trade for profit and I do not trade officially released material. All trades must be ONLINE on high quality branded discs (Verbatim, TDK, Maxell, Taiyo etc.) & no gaps between tracks, artwork is not essential but if you have it, great.
I am not interested in lossy sourced recordings.
Support all the bands by purchasing the material that they release.
Nothing on this site is for sale so please don't ask!!!

• Please DO NOT send me Lossy Sourced material, keep the trading pool clean!
• BURN everything as DAO (disc at once), no pre-gaps!
• DO NOT copy discs 'on-the-fly', always copy to HDD first & verify data after burning.
• If you contact me for a trade, it is likely I will ask you to send first and vice versa.
• I copy all audio shows with Exact Audio Copy - you should too!
• I use TAU Analyser 1.2 & Exact Audio Copy to test for Lossless Authenticity.
• I use Trader's Little Helper for encoding/decoding FLAC/WAV files.
• DVD Authoring is done in TMPGEnc so as to avoid re-encoding wherever possible.
• Bespoke CGI is created by me in 3DS Max, Adobe After Effects
& Sony Vegas.
• Recording 'Duration's referred to on this site are as they are listed in Winamp
• Ratings are 1-10 and are subjective (primarily for my reference), with 10 being best quality
(8 is average, 7 is listenable, 6 and under is probably for completists only).

+++ 24 Bit / mp2 (FM) File Conversions +++
As more recordings are starting to be recorded & shared in either 24Bit Lossless or mp2 formats I can trade these either as they are or in a more traditional 16Bit (CD) format. 24Bit files need to burned to Audio DVD or played back on a PC with a 24Bit compatible soundcard in order to benefit the full quality. I use 'DVD-Audiophile' or 'Lplex' for creating 24Bit Audio DVD's. Some traders prefer the standard Audio CD
(16Bit) format, so I can convert these if required, but some conversion methods degrade sound quality during the conversion process eg. 24Bit FLAC -> 16Bit WAV with dBpowerAMP. All 24Bit -> 16Bit conversions that I do involve firstly decoding the FLAC to WAV file in 'Trader's Little Helper' and then transcoding to 16Bit in 'r8brain' or 'BeLight'. This method preserves audio quality.
I use 'BeLight' for converting mp2 files to WAV format (eg. FM Broadcasts captured from digital sources).
